B&B Auberge Verdon - La Palud-sur-Verdon

The hotel with big rooms, in a beautiful area, in the nature. The rooms with a fireplace and a couch, as for instance. Amazing stay, as always.

The room we had was massive and spotlessly clean, with an absolutely breathtaking view of Mt. Robion. The breakfast was classic French, with delicious bread, homemade marmalade, and a variety of options like yogurt, orange juice, and coffee or tea. The host was incredibly friendly and gave us great advice on what to explore in the area. The shared lounge had plenty of information about hikes and a big map for planning our adventures. The location, about 2km from the village, was perfect for a peaceful and quiet stay.

Everything about this stunningly beautiful hotel was great. The breakfast was excellent with handmade jam, top-quality local products, butter + a yogurt, worth the price. Location: the property was not far from gorge de Verdon, and the center of gorge de Verdon. Again, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from La Val de Nai.

The room I stayed in was nicely furnished, featuring a cozy fireplace and a comfortable couch, and the bathroom had a shower and provided towels.

This place is a clean small hotel with helpful staff and boasts a marvelous and very pretty location in the region, close to nature and France.

Location wise, this place was spot on! Not too far from public transport, the beautiful Gorges du Verdon, and downtown; it even had a nice touch of being close to nature 🌳.

the owner was friendly and helpful, offering great advice about where to find a meal in town. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the simple but tasty breakfast options. the location was ideal, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I particularly liked the well-arranged outdoor space. it was a great base for exploring the stunning Gorges du Verdon. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 👌.

The breakfast options were delicious, especially the freshly baked bread, croissants, and homemade yogurt. the view from the window was absolutely stunning, offering a beautiful backdrop to start the day. the young man running the place was extremely friendly and helpful, providing valuable tips and advice for exploring the area.

The lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. However, the owner kindly provided a flask of hot water and mugs, making it possible for us to enjoy a hot drink.

Enjoyed hiking and cycling in the surroundings, but I guess I'll have to find a different airport to fly in next time. Free parking was a plus.

Parking at the Côte d'Azur Airport would have been a hassle.
